Trade Terms

Audere was established in 2009 by Charlotte Hvam.Audere sells goods designed and produced in Italy.

1. Trade in Audere 

 You don`t have a binding purchase agreement with Audere until you have received an order confirmation.

2. Sales in general

The specified price at the time, is the valid.   

3. Delivery

Delivery time is 3 to 5 days. This is only if the produtcs are not sold out. Special circumstances for delivery for jewelery because they are produced only when ordered.

4. Cancellations.

The right starts from the time when the goods are transferred to the consumer. Should the purchase be undone within 14 days we refund the product price.

To use this right, the material must be delivered to the Post Danmark or another carrier within 14 days of receving.

The condition of using the right is that the product be returned in substantially the same condition as when you reseived it. If the goods are not returned in substantially the same condition Audere can set a new price. 

If using the right to return the produtcs the material must please be returned in original packaging. In the worst case, lack of original packaging etc. can lead to the point where the acquisition can not be undone.

Cost of sending back the goods lies with the consumer.

Mark package "Return" and attach copy of purchase invoice, as proof that the identity of the returned goods are purchased at Audere. The amount will be returned by bank transfer - REMEMBER to attach the account the amount shall be transferred to.

Returning as a result of change of mind everything is on buyer's own expense. Goods returned without accordance with the requirements or sent without post paied Audere will not receive it.

Audere return the amount within 30 days in accordance with consumer agreement § 12c.

Do you wish to cancel or cancel an already issued order, send a mail with the subject line "cancellation". Enter the booking date and order number.

Cancellation must be done before 3 pm same day the order is made. 

If the package have not been canceled by 3 pm the same day and the package was shipped, the customer collects the costs.

5. Charge

The possible payment methods are:

• Visa 
• Visa / Dankort 
• Visa Electron
• Mastercard

6. Complaint

There are 2 years warranty on products purchased from Audere . Are there additional warranty or guarantee, it will show separately on the invoice. 

Should the product very unlikely brake during claim period, Audere will repair the product free of charge at the manufacturer's workshop, where Audere bears the risk of shortages.

Damage to goods caused by operating errors, handling errors, modifications or gross abuse by the user are not covered by the claims court.

7. Use of claims court

Complaints about defects must be notified Audere within reasonable time after its receipt.

You are encouraged to clearly describe deficiencies because failure could mean an extension of the remediation process.

Goods must be returned with an invoice copy of purchase for the advertised product,
